This section displays the user ratings of the Scan & Go functionality. By default, the SDK prompts shoppers to rate their shopping experience with Scan & Go at the end of the journey, once per shopping session, per day.

The middle section of the page shows all ratings, adding iOS and Android apps. The charts at the bottom show the ratings divided by app versions (iOS or Android) for the last five app releases.

Lastly, the bottom section shows details about each feedback and rating entry. Green and yellow entries do not ask for written feedback, whereas the orange and red ratings offer the shopper the option to write comments that can be displayed and reviewed in this table. This also allows you to review it in context, as you can click on the line to check the Shopping Session detail page.

It is also possible to download an export with all ratings and comments to analyze further.
