Submitting a ticket

Please check help.shopreme.com and log in with your credentials. You will see the following view, where you can browse some articles that may answer some common questions, under “Learn more about”.

If your question is not answered by the available articles, you can click on “Need to raise a request? Contact us“.

Request a new system deployment

Are you part of the team that is responsible for managing system deployments? You can submit your request to plan and schedule a new backend stage or production release, as well as any stage or production release for the vector or matrix apps. In short, a release for any system managed by shopreme.

Report a bug

Is something not working as expected? Please provide as many details as possible that can help us replicate the exact issue on our side. Our teams will be notified automatically to review the issue at the earliest. There is no need to manually notify the team through a different channel.

If you do not have login credentials yet, please contact your shopreme integration consultant. You will receive an invitation to sign up for an individual account. Each account can only be registered to individual users.
