GDPR

This API allows retrieving or requesting the deletion of customer-specific data due to the GDPR.

In an out-of-the-box shopreme system, the only customer data stored are customer transactions.

Since it is possible to use the shopreme infrastructure anonymously, depending on the integration, these endpoints do not return or delete any information. If you want to use this API, please contact your shopreme integration consultant.

Get GDPR Data

HTTP method: GET

This endpoint returns all information about the shopper associated with the provided customerId.
If additional shopper information is stored on the shopreme side due to custom integrations, please contact your shopreme integration consultant regarding GDPR topics.

Delete GDPR Data

HTTP method: DELETE

This endpoint anonymizes all shopper-related information for the provided customerId. This means that the customerIdwill be removed from the Transaction and Shopping Session pages. This may also remove any Loyalty Information that was received during a shopping journey.
